Due to the Danish purchasing act we offer a 2 year warranty. The warranty is valid for flaws in materials- and or fabrication. The warranty does not cover damages made by neglected handling of the product. Lah Lan will in some extend cover the shipping cost.

Lah Lan offer a 14 days cancellation right on all orders placed in the webshop.
All shipping costs will be placed by the costumer.
Cancellation shall be placed on mail – email@example.com.
Please make it clear that you wish to use your cancellation right.
State of the product when returned
The costumer will be held responsible for any degradation on the value of the product. You are welcome to try on the garment any way you would in a physical store.
If the garment had been used in any way further than described above, the product will be considered used. This means that you will only be able to get a reduced refund depending on the state of the product.
To get a full refund on your cancellation, the garment has to be unused and tags should be intact.
When placing an order on Lah Lan you have to give your name, phone no., mail and address. We will only use this information in reference to your order and the process of this. Also you will receive an email when your order has shipped.
- We will never give your information to a third part or share it any other place.
- We will never send you any spam mails. You will only receive mails if you sign up to our newsletter.
- We only save your information due to our accounting system and due to the Danish accounting law.
Lah Lan accept payments with VISA and Mastercard. The payment will be charged from your credit card when the order has shipped. All amounts will be shown in dkk. Danish Kroner inc. taxes and vat.
